Jerry has a diploma from PCDI part of Ashworth College, for home inspection. He is Licensed in California as a general contractor Lic.# 815566. Licensed in New Mexico for ten years as a general contractor and home builder.
Jerry is a member NACHI nation association of certified home inspectors, a certified toxic mold investigator, a toxic mold contractor, a member of the Better Business Bureau. Jerry foresees a vast growth in the industry not only in home inspection but as concerns and awareness of molds and there effects on us are addressed, there will be a good opportunity for growth in the toxic mold field of inspection and remediation.
